Can I contact the band directly?

Until your booking is confirmed, The Wedding Band Agency will be your of contact. Once the contract is signed and deposit paid, you will receive contact details for the act if you need to discuss any requirements/extras.

The Wedding Band Agency presents only the highest quality wedding musicians, and provides a contract that protects you and the act, to ensure nothing upsets your big day!

Find your perfect match on The Wedding Band Agency, and send us an enquiry. We’ll liaise with the band and confirm details and availability before sending over a contract to sign. Once you and the act have signed and we have received your deposit, you’re booked!

The acts on this site are professional wedding musicians, who rarely play for the public. It is not unheard of, and if an opportunity arises to view an act at either a wedding fair or public event, we will be happy to let you know!

Some bands can and will play a first dance request, but it is not always possible. You can ask the band prior to the event (please give as much notice as possible!) or if this is an important point for you, let us know before booking and we will do our best to accommodate.

After booking, you can contact the band whenever you need to, though we are always happy to help. Either way, your band will get in touch 4 weeks before your wedding to check in and finalise details.

Once you have been sent over your contract to sign, you can pay your deposit via BACS or if you prefer to use a credit card we can send you an invoice via Stripe.

The remaining balance is paid directly to the act, and the funds must be cleared at least 7 days before the wedding. The act will discuss payment details at the 4 week check in call, or you can request to arrange this earlier if you like.
