The Wedding Band Agency will serve as your primary point of contact until the booking is contractually confirmed. Following the payment of the deposit, you will receive the band’s direct contact details to discuss specific arrangements for your day.
The Wedding Band Agency presents only the highest quality wedding musicians, and provides a contract that protects you and the act, to ensure nothing upsets your big day!
To begin, explore our roster of musicians. Once you have found your perfect match, submit an enquiry. We will liaise directly with the band to confirm their availability and provide you with a detailed contract. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the signed contract and deposit.
Our musicians are professional wedding performers and typically do not hold public concerts. On the rare occasion that a public performance is scheduled, such as at a wedding fair, we will be delighted to inform you of the opportunity.
Many of our bands are pleased to learn and perform a special request for your first dance. We recommend providing as much notice as possible. If this is a crucial element for you, please mention it during the initial enquiry so we can ensure we find the perfect match.
After booking, you can contact the band whenever you need to, though we are always happy to help. Either way, your band will get in touch 4 weeks before your wedding to check in and finalise details.
Once you have been sent over your contract to sign, you can pay your deposit via BACS or if you prefer to use a credit card we can send you an invoice via Stripe.
The remaining balance is paid directly to the act, and the funds must be cleared at least 7 days before the wedding. The act will discuss payment details at the 4 week check in call, or you can request to arrange this earlier if you like.
